Course Description:
This 2-day course describes the role, design, and functions of Emergency Operations Centers and their relationships as components of a multi-agency coordination system. This course is part of the Advanced Professional Series.

Recommend IS-701.a
Course Target Audience:
This course is open to all Federal, state, local, and tribal emergency managers; first responders to include Incident Commanders from all emergency management disciplines; private industry personnel responsible for coordination activities during a disaster; and Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster
Additional Information:
1) Lodging reimbursement is available for those that travel an excess of 50 miles to attend training; at the state lodging rate of $65 + tax per night 2) Meals will be on your own, adequate time will be provided. 3) Please do not park in the parking lot on the east side of the police department. All parking is on the street in this area.
