MGT 332 Tornado Hazards: Science and Preparedness
Course Description:
Tornadoes can strike anywhere in the United States, it is important that every community be ready for the hazards associated with them. This management-level course is designed to engage a broad range of stakeholders to help build a culture of preparedness and strengthen community resilience. This course prepares participants to analyze tornado science, the weather forecasting process, the tornado warning process, and apply course concepts to coordination and planning decisions.

Course Target Audience:
Emergency managers, all first responders, private sector safety and security, non-profit organizations, volunteers, general public
Additional Information:
1) Ample parking available, enter at main door-at the flags
2) Must have a photo ID to gain access
3) Travel and meals will be on your own, adequate time will be provided.

Registrants are required to take the pre-test, takes approximately 20 minutes to complete prior to March 17.
