This course trains law enforcement, emergency responders and other public safety personnel to improve their observational techniques by using a four-step ongoing screening process that includes increasing protective awareness, identifying pre-operational behavior, evaluating and taking action.

Course Target Audience:
The primary target audience for this course is law enforcement and security personnel. The secondary audience for this course is intentionally broad; it includes fire services, emergency medical services, government officials, public safety personnel, facility managers, and any others who support security operations for sites or events.
