Course Description:

This training course is to enhance jurisdiction preparedness and emergency response efforts by providing the knowledge of how to exercise and revise a plan that utilizes an all-hazards, whole community approach toward a medical countermeasures event. Assists with coordination of planning, training and responding to a Medical Countermeasure (MCM) response for a public health incident. This course responds directly to the National Preparedness Goal; as it applies to delivery of medical countermeasures to exposed populations.

Course Prerequisites:

Students must register and bring a copy of their SID number to class. To register for a SID# online: cdp.dhs.gov/femasid

Additional Information:

1) Enter only through the door with the sign stating, "meeting entrance." This will take you to the conference room. 2) Emmet County Public Health will provide breakfast and lunch for both days. 3) Be sure to bring your WiFi enabled device. 4) Tests given will require a FEMA student ID number. 5) There is no cost for the course. 6) All other travel expenses will be on your own Follow the link below to register.
