Course Description:
Experience the ultimate CERT Rodeo! Morning classroom presentations provide essential knowledge on disaster preparedness. Then, get ready for an action-packed afternoon of intense exercise drills.
* Hands on training the participants will be able to choose what they want to do based on their interest and their ability to participate.
* Search and Rescue (this will be outdoors, weather permitting) and will require mobility of the participants.
*Stop the Bleed and Situation Awareness (this will be indoors and be to anyone what wants to participant, no matter their abilities).
* Tabletop Simulated Disaster Drill (this will be indoors and be to anyone that wants to participate, no matter their abilities).

Course Prerequisites:
CERT Basic Training
Course Target Audience:
CERT team members
Additional Information:
1) Classes will be held indoors and outdoors, bring appropriate clothing.
2) Each team will have a display table to show off their CERT team and what they use (gear).
3) Parking south of the building, enter through the Admin/Civil door (SE door).
4) Accommodations within 10 miles of Marshall County Sheriff's Office will be shared in the packet for the class, along with the information on what students need to bring.
