G 191 Emergency Operations Center/Incident Command System Interface
Course Description:
This 1-day, Advanced Professional Series course will allow participants to develop an effective interface between Emergency Operations Center (EOC) by applying Incident Command System (ICS) principles. This course works best when delivered to ICS and EOC personnel from the same community. The course reviews ICS and EOC responsibilities and functions and depends heavily on exercises and group discussions to formulate the interface.
**This course is part of the FEMA Advanced Professional Series (APS)
Course Prerequisites:
IS 100, 700, 800, 200 or 2200
Course Target Audience:
Participants should be teams made up of a community’s ICS and EOC personnel.
Additional Information:
1) This is intended as a prep training in anticipation of 2020 flood season targeting the Missouri River bordering counties.
2) Attendance priority will be for responders and managers from those areas and open seats filled with those outside the area, as needed.
3) Travel and meals will be on your own with adequate time for lunch.
